Since opening the original Rosies in 1985, we have served millions of delicious meals throughout Southern California. In 1996, we opened our Chatsworth fast casual restaurant on Topanga between Lassen and Devonshire.

Rosies most popular dish continues to be our amazingly tender slow-cooked Tri-Tip. Perfect in a sandwich, salad, or burrito! Rosies also makes Fresh Roast Turkey, Pulled Pork Sandwiches, and Mesquite grilled BBQ Ribs and Chicken.

Rosies only uses the best ingredients to make all our salads and sides from scratch daily. Our homemade Macaroni and Cheese is made with 4 different kinds of cheeses and is sure to be the best you've ever had. Our Red Potato Salad, BBQ Baked Beans, and Shredded Onions have been made from the same recipe for over 28 years.

Over the years, Rosies has expanded to provide off premise catering for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We have brought the same philosophy to our catering events that have made our restaurants a success; great quality, large portions, fair prices, and exceptional service. Every month we cater hundreds of events for groups ranging in size from 10 people to 4000 people.
